Chapel Floorball Club was formed in 1995 by a group of players who having played unihoc for their local youth club, were now too old to compete at the regional and national youth events. The name 'Chapel' was taken straight from the unihoc team and originates from both the name of the centre which held the youth club (Chapel Neighbourhood Centre) and the area of Kirkcaldy where the majority of players lived at the time.
Since being formed, Chapel have went on to become arguably the most successful club in British Floorball, winning the GB National Finals on 5 separate occasions (4 mens, 1 ladies). This trend continues today with the club always in the hunt for silverware.
